Hence, providing comprehensive occupational health and safety services to construction workers has become the need of the hour.

Safety Policy

Sri Swamy Constructions fully recognizes the importance of Safety, Health, Welfare, and Morale of all employees, and is committed to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment at all times, in accordance with the Client’s Health, Safety, and Environmental General Instructions.

Our objective is to establish and maintain the highest standards of safety across all projects. All project personnel — from management staff to workers — shall strictly comply with the company’s safety rules, regulations, and the following code of construction safety practices.

We believe that each individual has a duty and responsibility to ensure not only their own safety but also the safety of others.

Our commitments include:

Meeting all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Complying with all safety rules and regulations to eliminate unsafe acts and conditions.
Identifying all potential hazards and taking preventive measures to minimize health risks and avoid accidents.

Environmental Policy.

Sri Swamy Constructions recognizes the responsibilities placed upon it by relevant Environmental Legislation and Regulations, considering the nature, scale, and environmental impacts of its activities, products, and services.

The Top Management is fully committed to taking all reasonable steps to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and other environmental requirements, while continuously striving for improvement and prevention of pollution. We recognize that statutory obligations represent only the minimum standard, and we aim to exceed these wherever possible.

It is the duty of all personnel — including employees, suppliers, subcontractors, and visitors — to take all reasonable measures to enhance our environmental performance by:

Promoting recycling and resource conservation

Management Commitment

The Management Team of Sri Swamy Constructions is responsible for leading and engaging the workforce in achieving our Clients’ Health, Safety, Technical Integrity, and Environmental goals and objectives.

Our Project Management Team is accountable for accomplishing these objectives by:

Demonstrating correct HSE behavior,
Clearly defining HSE roles and responsibilities,
Providing the necessary resources and support, and
Measuring, reviewing, and continuously improving our HSE performance.

At the outset of every project, the Project Management Team shall sign, distribute, and emphasize the project’s HSE Policy to ensure understanding and commitment across all levels of the organization.

Our leadership shall:

Exemplify complete commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence, both personally and from a corporate standpoint.
Integrate HSE responsibilities through the implementation of Behavior-Based HSE Programs, HSE Leadership Workshops, and Leadership Behavior Reviews.
Promote HSE performance as a core value in every phase of activity — from project initiation to completion.

At Sri Swamy Constructions, we ensure that all site operations are carried out under safe working conditions through proper planning, training, and supervision. The following measures are implemented at all project sites to maintain high safety standards:

Periodic Safety Awareness Programs are conducted to educate and update all workers and staff on safety practices and hazard prevention.
Training in the Proper Use of Equipment is provided to ensure that every worker operates tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
Daily Safety Orientation sessions are held before the start of each workday to review ongoing site activities, potential hazards, and safety precautions.
All necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for specific activities is provided to every team member.

In addition to personal protection equipment, we also ensure the availability and maintenance of essential safety barriers and systems, including:

Safety nets and ropes
Properly secured scaffolding
Fire extinguishers
First aid boxes
Other relevant safety devices and barricades

These measures are implemented to create a safe and secure working environment, preventing accidents and ensuring the well-being of all personnel on site.
